yes this is now my 3rd interpretation of a tricolor dalmatian for petz. but this one is different because it does not have mutating spots, meaning they can go on other coats.

simple edits of several breeds that give them variations in how their textures show up, in transparency (what colour can shine through) and where it's placed. so for example an oshie mix instead of having the tan part of mottled over its coat, it could also be orange now depending on your pet's individual variation seed. uses all base game textures except for the p5 breeds which need them external, also included.
my edit of the p5 german shepherd, focused on saddle markings for passing down when breeding. saddles are markings, not coat, and as such will not mutate in colour - they come in black (35), brown (95), rust (55) and steel (115), and have 6 different 'coverage' variations. saddles layer well with other dogz markings like dalmatian spots and mutt patches, and can also combine with halfie (sheepie) coats. gsds now come in cream, tan, orange and white, and sometimes have cream countershading (on their paws, tail and face) which will mutate with the coat. based on the kizmetpetz personality edited petz 5 breeds for 4!
adds more spots, and spots are split into two groups meaning gen 2's will be tricolour dalmatians. has a fluffy variation and a brindle spot variation. gen 2 eye scale is fixed and is as big as a 1st gen. looks as intended on dogz with a white base coat, but it can mutate to be any colour.
the sequel to tabbies plus, which was already a sequel to frosted tabbies: tabbies plus V2! further expands on the same concept but now with re-done textures that i hope fit the game a bit nicer, and some slight body modifications. i finally fixed their uneven show pose eyes.
the biggest change is more stripe colour variations! now each stripe/spot pattern also comes in all 10 'natural' petz coat colours. but this part is optional, there is 4 versions of the file - you can choose whether you want solid colour or calico (black patches) and if you'd like multicolour stripes or basic brown stripes like the tabbies you're used to.
always comes out of the adoption center in white + orange (+ black if using calico variant). the other colours of catz here are genexed gen 2's to show off how purebreds could end up.
rename the file back to Tabby.cat to use. cheers!

the texture set i released but as a usable, ready-to-go overwrite. intended to be used with palette swapper, but will also look ok without.
reimagined petz 5 breeds. initially part of my "re-lined" set but they deviated a lot more than the rest. two of them have slightly edited textures for nicer transparency. sorry i forgot japanese bobtail.
same thing as with the dogz but with catz. every original breed with adjusted "linework" to make them more my taste. calico patches mutate, chinchi scales based on popular mini scales, eye scales fixed, and i added nose shines because i like them. basically the stylistic idea is to make everything look fuller and smoother. i like my 100 scale linez. my petz should be well fed. tested in an entire line, i encountered no issues.

every original dog breed with adjusted "linework" to make them a bit prettier, to my taste. files work and look the same aside from those edits, i apologize if that makes them seem niche. these can be used as overwrite replacements for the originals, or as hexing bases for your own one-offs or overwrites.
i made this in february and i forgot, sorry. spots mutate, and are also heart shaped.

puts stripes on calicos. also adds other minor adjustments, like jowl outlines, colour-mutating paintballz and changing the sand colour to orange so they are properly tricolour -- this is only for the adoption center cats though, the groups are the same as base game calicos so you will still breed catz with up to 4 colours!
comes as two variants: with variations, which includes the alternate tabby textures i made for my tabbiesplus and without, which is just the pfm tabby texture.
slightly tweaked oshies with lots more mottled coat textures they'll pass on, and more variety in cream markings! they have subtle paintballz along their body to break up the texture a bit and make each adoption center pet feel a bit more unique.
comes as three variants - natural, and your pick from unnatural textures with classic oshie orange and cream body colour or black and white body colour for nicer contrast.
rename the file of your choice back to 'Orange Shorthair.cat' to use.
an extension of my first tabby overwrite, frosted tabbies, now with way more variations in just about everything! the idea was to create more patterns for tabbies to have: this OW includes textures meant for various types of tabbies including spotted, rosetted, etc... all new stripe variations come in classic pfm tabby brown, in black, and in a self-coloring texture that's definitely my personal favourite! you can see it on the black orange cat.
everything from the frosted tabbies file is still included in these tabbies, just expanded upon. and as you can see, there's lots of tortie patch possibilities! this file ended up being really really big, so it's split into multiple smaller files that all work slightly differently. but there is still a version with all possible splotches and markings included if you'd like complete wildcard tabbies. all colours will mutate!

a fork of tabbies plus (above), but make them sparkle animals!! this was a fun idea i had on the side that i was then heavily encouraged to pursue. i cannot thank mortis of [BAD_DEATH] enough for helping me with inserting texture variations-- this file is complete overkill and has over 4600 possible texture combinations. and that's not even mentioning the paintball and colour override stuff from the tabbies plus file it's based off of... this file is huge. basically any candy tabby is guranteed to be completely unique!
a tabby overwrite that gives them splotchy variations, like lots of real life cats look! plus a few shape changes done to taste, to make them feel fresh. note, this file comes out of the AC in orange only (like the original petz tabby) - the other colour variations shown here are purebred examples! both the orange and the white can mutate. passes on as the tabby coat.
a dalmatian overwrite that lets them grow into their spots as they age, like real dals! their spots can also mutate to new colours through breeding. a few minor adjustments have been made, like plush textured spots and slightly smaller eyes to match 2nd gens.
they have a 1/5 chance to carry liver (95) spot genes that'll show up from 2nd gen onwards.
this file comes with two versions: the normal and the spot nose variant. the normal variant has a regular nose and will combine with other breedz well. the spot nose variant features a pink nose coloured by paintball spots and i would reccommended it for purebred lines only. the nose spots will mutate along with the spots on the body, but they often will not pass down properly with other dog breedz that have regular noses. if you are aiming to breed for light spot colours like lemon (45), you should also go with the normal one!
a branched version of the regular phantasm dals (the same description still applies) except this one can mutate spots into two seperate colours! yes, surprisingly tricolor dalmatians are a real thing. 1st gens will start off with all black spots like your usual dalmatian, the third colour will only come in as you breed them and their colours mutate.
to make things easier: their spot colours are indicated by the 2nd (primary spots, and nose if using nose spot file) and 3rd (secondary spots) colour listed in genepoolz.
based on the pre-release clipart of the chinchi-tabby mixie (pictured, in the party hat) that appears to have orange stripes instead of brown. all cats pictured are bred mixies!
this file comes with two versions: v2 looks plain orange out of the AC, but passes down stripes consistently. v1 more closely resembles the basegame tabby out of the AC, having their stripes underlaid in brown, but this unintentionally made them able to pass this brown body down as an undesirable marking in place of their stripes, so i reccommend using v2.
all original dog breedz with "chihuahua whiskers", because all real dogs have them! i don't know who wants or needs this, i just thought it'd be kinda neat. no other changes are made.
sheepdogs with slightly larger eyes, to match the rest of the breeds a little better. comes with a normal and whiskered version, because i was doing these OWs in the same breath...
